We designed a sleek, modern experience that immediately communicates the property’s positioning as a next-generation destination—blending suburban accessibility with urban sophistication. The full-screen hero section draws visitors in with striking property photography, while clear navigation pathways guide prospective tenants to life science specs, amenities, and leasing contacts.

The design strategy focused on showcasing what sets One Cabot apart: world-class amenities, prime location, and turnkey lab space. We created visually engaging sections that highlight the fitness center, Wellington Cafe, outdoor patio, and free shuttle service to the T. An interactive transportation section uses custom iconography to reinforce connectivity—just 4 miles from downtown Boston, 5 miles from Logan Airport, and minutes from I-93. The availability table provides real-time leasing information with direct links to floor plans, giving brokers and prospective tenants the specs they need to make decisions quickly.

Built on WordPress for easy content management, the site was engineered to perform as a 24/7 leasing tool. We optimized the property photography for fast load times without sacrificing quality, implemented smooth scroll animations to create a premium feel, and ensured full responsiveness across all devices. The footer showcases The Davis Companies’ broader portfolio, reinforcing credibility and opening doors to cross-property interest.
