Justin Document needed a full-featured web platform to sell expedited passport and visa services online. The site had to do more than market its services — it had to handle secure checkout, create and manage customer accounts automatically, and give administrators a way to keep travelers informed as their applications moved through processing.
914 Digital designed and built the complete system on WordPress, integrating Gravity Forms, Stripe, and a custom account layer to deliver a seamless experience from first visit through order fulfillment.
What We Built
Customer Accounts & Authentication
We developed a complete login, registration, and profile system tailored to the passport and visa workflow. Customers can create an account, sign in, and manage their information through a clean, streamlined interface. A low-friction registration path lets first-time applicants get started with minimal effort, while returning customers sign in to pick up where they left off.
Automated Account Creation
Rather than forcing customers to register before applying, we built an auto-registration system that creates a WordPress account the moment a customer submits a passport or visa form. New users receive a branded welcome email prompting them to set a password, then land directly in their account. Returning customers have new orders linked automatically to their existing profile — no duplicate accounts, no friction.
Customer Profiles & Order Tracking
Each customer gets a personalized account area with a dashboard, order history, individual order detail views, and editable profile settings. Travelers can log in at any time to check the status of their passport or visa application.
Admin Order-Status Management
We built administrative functionality allowing staff to push order-status updates to customers, keeping travelers informed as their applications progress through each stage of processing — a critical trust factor in the time-sensitive passport and visa business.
Secure Checkout
We integrated Gravity Forms with Stripe to power secure online payments, and built conditional-pricing application forms that handle complex service structures — including base service fees, government fees, and optional rush processing — across multiple destination countries. As the checkout approach evolved, we streamlined the site by removing legacy shopping-cart components while preserving all account, login, and search functionality.
Custom Templates & Design
The engagement included a full set of custom-designed templates: a services page with pricing tables and iconography, country-specific detail pages covering application requirements and photo specifications, a redesigned site header with responsive navigation and an integrated login/account modal, and a custom footer with a call-to-action banner — all styled in the client’s brand palette.
Payment Strategy Consulting
Because passport and visa services fall into a high-risk processing category, we also advised the client on payment-gateway strategy, evaluating alternative and dedicated high-risk merchant providers to keep transactions flowing reliably.
