Westchester Mobile Mechanics needed a website that converted visitors into booked appointments. Since Cody and his team travel directly to customers—whether they’re stuck in a driveway, parking lot, or office—the scheduling process had to capture the right information upfront: location, vehicle details, and a description of the issue. We built a custom scheduling form that walks customers through the booking process step-by-step, collecting make, model, year, and service type before asking for their preferred date and address. This gives the team everything they need to show up prepared with the right parts and tools, eliminating back-and-forth phone calls and keeping the operation efficient.

The form integrates directly with the backend so appointment requests hit Cody’s inbox with all the details organized and ready to confirm. We also built in service area validation to ensure customers are within the Westchester coverage zone before they complete the form—no wasted time for either party. The site showcases glowing customer reviews prominently, reinforcing the trust factor that’s essential for a service where a mechanic shows up at your home. Clean design, fast load times, and a mobile-first approach mean customers can book from their phone while standing next to their broken-down car—exactly when they need a mobile mechanic most.
